Despite squash being a relatively simple game on the surface, once you delve into the deeper complexities of the rules there are elements of the game that can be difficult to get your head around.
There are lots of lines running in different directions, with the added complication of two players occupying and competing with one another in the same space.
In order to play effectively and not too quickly deplete your opponent’s patience(!), you need to know the rules of the game as early in your playing career as possible. With that in mind, it makes sense to watch the series of videos covering the rules right away.
The series is broken up into 8 videos
- The knock up
- Scoring
- Lets
- Strokes
- No lets
- A decision library to help provide a little more context with regards to decisions
